I believe that effective clinical work is grounded in a well established therapeutic relationship. Using a wide variety of treatment modalities I work with adult women and families with children ages 3 – 12 to facilitate growth, healing and change. Therapy includes trauma/abuse recovery, treatment for depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief and child behavior issues. Clients are encouraged and supported in discovering and utilizing personal strengths and resources in resolving problems. I am trained in a wide variety of healing modalities including EMDR, CBT, and Narrative Therapy.
