Dr. Chavez has a Masters from Columbia, a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University, and recently completed a Doctoral Internship at the University of California at Riverside. He specializes in Couples, Individual, and Family Therapy, integrating psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, attachment and mindfulness-based psychotherapy techniques.
