After working at all levels of care within the mental health system, it is a joy and privilege to witness the journey of self actualization with my clients. I am a registered play therapist who spent two years studying trauma in childhood to better understand the impact of trauma throughout the life cycle. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). I work with individuals, adolescents, as well as couples. Currently, all sessions are completed via telehealth. My goal is to support and better understand how to help move you through symptoms of trauma for emotional healing. I am also trained in grief and loss whether through death, health disparity, or transitions of life. Through compassionate, reflective listening, my goal is to help you feel safe and secure in session in order to meet your goals. If you are desiring support or validation to work through past trauma, guidance in identifying adequate coping skills to manage emotional regulation, confrontation, or to be more assertive, it is my privilege to support you on your journey.
