Just like diet and exercise is for your body, therapy is for your mind and emotions. As a therapist, my goal is to support you on your journey of understanding your true self and desires. While your past cannot be changed it also does not have to determine your future and with proper support you can stop reliving past choices. Using various clinical approaches, we will work together to help you (1) understanding your current symptoms and (2) develop a path forward. In my work with clients, I utilize motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My services allow for individuals, couples and family members to gain insight and feel empowered to cope with and support loved ones or themselves managing a Mental Health issue and/or Substance Abuse. I provide a safe and therapeutic environment where you can express your truth without judgment. I am a Mastered level clinician who studied Clinical Psychology with a Concentration in Addictions. I have experience in working with adults and adolescents providing individual and group therapy.
