Therapist Overview
To those seeking therapy during the Covid-19 outbreak, I am providing FaceTime or Zoom sessions. Currently I am not seeing clients in office until risk of infection is minimized due to vulnerable family members. I will reassess this in the months to come as the infection rate in the country decreases or a vaccine becomes available. (Updated 08/21/20) In my practice, I work with an eclectic approach to address a variety of issues from depression and anxiety, loss and grief, adjustment issues, parent coaching and substance use. I focus on the whole person’s mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing because my belief is that it is all connected. I encourage client to shed behaviors and beliefs that no longer serve them and move toward a more balanced, stress reduced, sustainable lifestyle in an atmosphere of support, encouragement and hope.
