Whatever struggles you are going through, I am here to provide a safe space so that we are able to figure out whatever it is that is troubling you. From there we can work together to gain a better understanding and gain empowerment. I have significant experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, severe and persistent mental illness. You are the expert in your own experiences and my role is to help build awareness and insight to take the steps and use the tools to build a future more in line with what you have in mind for yourself. You are not alone. I am here to help with getting you back on your feet. I offer you safety through acceptance, understanding, and multicultural sensitivity.
