Therapist Overview

I am passionate about helping people discover their innate strengths. Empowering them to find solutions for the changes they desire in life, I approach each person as an individual with unique strengths and needs. Many of the adults and children I have worked with have dealt with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and ADHD. I also have received training in EMDR to work with those who have experienced traumatic events in their lives, such as car accidents, abuse, and other disturbing memories. My approach to counseling is based on helping my clients to work towards their goals for change within their relational, emotional, physical, and spiritual contexts. Along with EMDR, I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Play Therapy. If you are looking for a place to find hope and the support to work through the hard spots in life, give me a call. I welcome your questions to explore how we can work together!
