Unfortunately, this desire to time travel and change the past or control the future keeps us even more stuck in trauma and PTSD because it gets in the way of confronting these demons. Add to this struggle the difficulties of finding a good trauma therapist and healing can feel impossible. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), considered the gold standard treatments for PTSD.
