In my office, therapy is tailored to YOU – your goals, your pace, your needs, your concerns – and intended to empower you to create your best life. While I use lots of clinical tools (EMDR, CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, mindfulness, assessment), the best therapy happens within a great therapeutic relationship. My clients often tell me they feel connected, understood, seen, and appreciated. Your well-being and personal growth are very important to me. YOU are important to me. I enjoy helping adults, adolescents (13+), and couples with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and questions about sexuality/gender. You’ll be challenged to gain insight and empowered to make meaningful change. I’m proactive about identifying how you want your life to improve and working with you toward those goals using every tool at my disposal.
