Therapist Overview

I strive to implement therapeutic techniques from a systems perspective, taking the entire family into account, even when only an individual is in the room. I currently have office space at a farm, where we are able to implement equine-assisted therapy interventions to further the change process. As a military spouse, I understand the nuances that occur throughout a military career and how that can impact the service member and their families. I specialize in military resilience to strengthen the bonds of the military family; these techniques can also be used in all family systems. My desire is to support those who sit with me through their journey as they create change and healthy patterns that will impact their life and the lives of those around them in an effective, healthy way.
