Finding ways to deal with the feelings that surround these events is important for peace and happiness. I am a kind, caring, active listener who will walk with you through your most difficult moments. I have spent many years working in a variety of different therapeutic settings which gives me a powerful set of tools to draw from when helping a client. My practice is focused on adolescents and adults who are dealing with challenging times and want change. My goal is to make therapy available to all.
