New motherhood is life-changing. Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, pregnancy, childbirth and new motherhood can be exhausting and overwhelming. It is completely normal for it to be tough to find your groove! We work with you to help find support and manage stress during the postpartum period. Our team of clinicians offers short-term, evidence-based individual therapy and coaching for mamas (in addition to our twice-weekly drop-in support groups!). Therapy and coaching is tailored to client needs and selected areas of focus, including anxiety, low mood, relationships, adjustment, return to work and other issues common in the postpartum period. We offer flexible scheduling, timing, frequency and duration of appointments, and we try to work with clients to make a plan that is effective, accessible and affordable.
