I consider the therapeutic relationship to be a trusting alliance where we promote and support your wellness together. I work with adults including individuals, couples and families. I use an eclectic approach in therapy including interventions utilizing CBT, IFST, Mindfulness, DBT, IMAGO, Motivational Interviewing and Harm-Reduction models.
