I consider myself a “whole-listic” therapist as I utilize different techniques and approaches to meet the needs of my clients. My ultimate goal is to remove the stigma attached to seeking help, receiving support, and practicing holistic methods. I want to continue raising awareness about self-care and mental health to promote positive interactions with others. I am easy going and use my personality, and experience to guide my practice – allowing my clients to guide the sessions as a way to provide a safe space to be themselves; in addition to offering guidance and support as needed based on the needs of the individual. I am strength-based and extremely passionate about my work. My vision is to continue to provide support regardless of race, sex, gender, sexual orientation, and/or religion. I truly believe in “meeting the client where he/she/they at”: accepting who they are with no judgement. I created a structure with a variety of services to support everyone in the community based on the needs of each individual.
