Therapist Overview
*Not accepting new clients*. As humans, we strive to feel safe, heard, and understood. Without these three components, we may be left feeling lost, broken, or insufficient as an individual. In therapy, my goal is to help you feel whole again as you take this step toward a journey of healing. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment to explore the obstacles that are keeping you from living a more meaningful life. I hold over three years of experience working in the behavioral health field, working with individuals, couples, & families from an age range of 2-93. The range of issues that I have experience working with include: anxiety & depression, trauma & abuse, marital & couple’s conflict, developmental & intellectual disabilities, substance use & addiction, and mood disorders. I am further trained in utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In session, therapy will be approached in a holistic manner, emphasizing on unraveling the root cause of the problem. I approach therapy in a modern style, providing an empathic, relatable, and genuine approach. I welcome you into starting this journey of growth and healing, and I strive to ensure that you will be warmly supported each step of the way.
