Are you drained, devalued, debilitated to exhaustion? Are you experiencing trivial demands, isolation? Is your hair falling out? Are your adrenalIs pumping? Are you being denied sleep? Devouring your will is what the abuser wants so they can control. You must not have any space or feel emotion in the relationship: especially anger. Your anger tells them you are taking control, filling space, & they CANNOT have that! You must be a zero in their minds. They will be as violent as needed to shut you up and reign.
