From my experience, when we desire a deeper engagement with life or significant problems arise, often something within us wants our attention. When we pay attention to our feelings and actions rather than focus on events or people, we frequently discover the “How” of creative change. Sometimes change means behaving in unfamiliar ways, adapting to limitations, or relating differently to our partner. Hence, my approach embraces the wisdom and direction that problems and desires provide within each person. My experience includes working with individuals and couples with a variety of emotional, behavioral, relational, medical, and addiction concerns. I have a particular interest in couples therapy and spirituality.
