There are a whole lot of “shoulds” and a hell of a lot myths about relationships, intimacy, and sexuality. My counseling practice is focused on healing harm done by inaccurate messages and negative experiences so that you can access greater connection and pleasure within yourself and with loved ones. You are not broken. There is nothing “wrong” with you. Your relationship is not doomed. We are all capable of change, small and large. I offer individual and relationship/couples counseling for those who are struggling with intimacy, relationships, & sex/sexuality. A few things about my practice: I regard my clients with the utmost respect, and loving compassion. I aim to challenge you, not judge you. I recognize you as the expert in your life & will partner with you to explore solutions. I work with all varieties of love and relationships- monogamous couples, non-monogamous, poly relationships, friendships, colleagues, adult siblings, parents and adult children.
