Life can throw us curve balls. It isn’t always what we imagined it may be. We may find ourselves struggling with the pressures of everyday life and sometimes overwhelmed by the unexpected. Brave Counseling and Consultation was developed in effort to assist others through life struggles. When life becomes overwhelming, we can begin to experience hopelessness, helplessness, difficulty sleeping or waking, irritability and feeling on edge, or other unwanted and undesired feelings. At Brave Counseling, we are here to help you push through everyday struggles and tackle life’s struggles so you can regain control and functioning of life. Whatever life has thrown at you, we are here to help. We employ a variety of methods to assist in recovering from life’s ailments. With an eclectic approach to therapy, we aim to meet you where you are and begin working toward established goals. We are happy to assist in identifying what you desire in life and to support you in achieving these goals. It can be difficult to take the first step in entering therapy.
