Therapist Overview
**Not accepting new clients at this time ** Are you looking for support during this stressful and unusual time? Does it feel like your relationships, kids, work-life balance, and other commitments are overwhelming you, especially now? You probably feel anxious, maybe even depressed, and you need strategies to help you cope. I use an integrative, mind-body approach to therapy, combined with mindfulness, internal family systems, CBT and positive psychology. My approach is warm and supportive, and I keep it real. I’ve also been known to sprinkle in some humor from time to time. While I am comfortable working with a range of issues, some of my ongoing clinical interests include: anxiety, perinatal mood issues, women who are navigating midlife, and parenting and relationship challenges. I also enjoy working with expats and those who have permanently moved to the US from another country. At this time I only work with adults. Everyone can use a little extra support sometimes, especially during this unprecedented time. So I encourage you to reach out for help. While I do plan to return to the office, all of my sessions are still being conducted through my secure Telehealth video platform at this time.
