Do you, your spouse or child struggle with pornography addiction/compulsion? Overcoming a behavior that’s been going on for years is not usually done alone. These individuals typically need to learn real “in the moment” management skills to avoid slips/relapses with pornography while also targeting other factors which also may be driving/influencing the behavior. This is more than teaching a simple coping skill. I also work with the spouse/parents to help manage their needs and possible trauma to the discovery of these behaviors. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults who struggle with sexual and pornography addiction/compulsions. I am also NOJOS credentialed and can provide NOJOS levels 1 &2 treatment. Changing behaviors and compulsions is not easy.
