I have worked in mental health for several years with experience in community support and outreach, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and therapy in both outpatient and inpatient psychiatric settings. My approach is holistic, eclectic, and collaborative; and employs therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
