I am passionate about helping individuals and couples strengthen and repair relationships, enhance emotional & physical intimacy and explore needs, desire and boundaries. I also work with individuals on dating, emotional and physical intimacy skills and self exploration. I help both individuals and couples work through shame around sexuality and am interested in normalizing the sexual landscape. I know how vulnerable it is to discuss sex and intimacy and I offer a safe space to discuss topics that may feel off limits with others. My coaching practice differs from traditional therapy in that I work with clients to form a relationship and to practice tools in session. Experiential practices allow clients to fully grasp their sense of self and then learn how to bring their renewed sense of who they are into their relationships. In order for connection, we have to allow ourselves to be seen. People who have a strong sense of love and belonging believe they are worthy of it.
