I am a women’s psychologist and have been working with clients for over 20 years. The majority of my clients suffer from mood and anxiety disorders compounded by lack of self-care. For most women, caring for oneself is not intuitive. My desire is for all women to learn to value and care for themselves so they can more fully enjoy their lives and be more present to those they love! I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, skills training and/or internal family systems therapy. I have been treating women for 25+ years and mothers with perinatal mood disorders since 2006.
