Therapist Overview

Are you a burnt out, exhausted, or overwhelmed law enforcement officer or first responder? Do you experience compassion fatigue? Unrelenting anxiety or anger? Flashbacks? Are you noticing you’re bringing your ‘stuff’ home and it’s impacting your family or just general well-being? I work with law enforcement (patrol, corrections), first responders (EMS, fire, dispatch), and their loved ones, who are struggling with work stress, relationship difficulties, life stressors & transitions, burnout, trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, anger problems, & psychosis. I am qualified to provide EMDR & ear acupuncture. I seek to provide Colorado law enforcement & first responders with a place that they can process, unfiltered, what would otherwise go unspoken, & with someone who gets it. If you would like to learn more about my experience, style, & offerings, check out my website!
