Therapist Overview
Sometimes we need an objective person to talk to about our problems and stresses. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, open and honest space for clients to discover personal challenges and help with personal growth. I am compassionate, respectful and empathetic to my clientsâ issues, and work to help them create and support healthy relationships, gain clarity in life, and achieve wellness and overall life satisfaction. I believe everyone is capable of living a more meaningful, happy and fulfilling life. I started my career in the school system working with children in grades K-12, where I gained knowledge and expertise in helping families to address behavioral and mental health issues. I transitioned to private practice in 2016 focusing on helping families (children, adolescents and adults) deal with anxiety and depression accompanying everyday life. I am passionate about prenatal/postnatal mental health and mindfulness. I am trained in Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International and will be creating a Mindfulness-Based New Motherâs group along with the individual therapy I provide.
