I enjoy working with ages 15 to 99 in all areas of personal growth. I treat many issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, grief, work or school issues, trauma, and addictions. In addition, I am APSATs trained to work with partners of sex addicts using the Trauma Model. I will never label a partner “codependent” or suggest that they are responsible for the addict’s behavior. I am trained in EMDR for processing trauma. I also enjoy working with those who struggle with substance abuse. As a writer myself, I try to help clients discover and nurture their own creative gifts as we seek imaginative solutions to challenges. Working with partners of sex addicts, I concentrate on your life and happiness, regardless of your mate’s recovery status. When working with substance abuse clients, I believe in building up the life under sobriety, helping clients create a joyful, meaningful life that is not worth risking to get high.
