Whether it is the past, work stress, grief over a loss, regret, anxiety, depression, or a behavior interfering with your life goals, I will work with you to try to figure this out. I enjoy running therapy groups. I am a strong believer in the power of healing circles to help people work through issues related to trauma, addiction, and eating disorders.
