We would like to help you live a life that is congruent with your values today. We specialize in mindfulness-based practices to help you increase your quality of life. Evidenced based treatment approaches include Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, along with Narrative Therapy. I will provide individual support, and the team at the Meaningful Life Center will also be part of your care.
