Therapist Overview

Drawing from relational, cognitive, and trauma-focused approaches, I support my clients to build awareness, confidence, and connection with themselves and to others. I believe that healing is deeply rooted within us and enhanced by a therapeutic alliance, and I am committed to creating a safe and collaborative environment. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues; as well as with those navigating stressful events and transitions. I have a particular expertise working with survivors of interpersonal trauma, including sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and disrupted attachment in childhood. I am currently in network for several insurances while also working with out-of-network benefits. My office would be happy to help you maximize your insurance benefits.
