I am a licensed psychologist experienced in providing research-informed treatment for adults, couples and adolescents, as well as evaluations for children and adults. I provide short and long-term treatment that focuses on interpersonal concerns, mood and anxiety disorders, struggles managing grief/death, and mental health issues co-occurring with medical illnesses. I also have specialized training in psychological evaluations. My initial goal in therapy is to alleviate the pain you present with by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused Therapies. Next, we will explore the patterns underlying the presenting symptoms in order to prevent further occurrences. My integrative approach draws from mindfulness-based therapies, as well as Existential and Humanistic methods.
