I’m Seta, and I specialize in helping people break through career struggles and find their place. I’m trained to listen, to identify patterns and yearnings, and to help people untangle feelings so they can heal and find clarity. Together, we will focus on helping you achieve recognition and self fulfillment by listening to your internal wisdom, strengthening your voice, and finding ways to assert yourself against outside pressures. Therapy creates a relationship, hopefully one where we feel safe enough to disclose, supported enough to grow. I strive to be an empathic listener, and to create a safe space where people can heal, figure out what feels right for them, and grow into who they want to be. Therapy is expensive, but what is the cost of another year of unhappiness? To use therapy jargon, the “modalities” I’m trained in include “EMDR” for traumatic experiences, “psychodynamic therapy,” “narrative therapy,” “CBT,” “CBT for insomnia,” and “motivational interviewing,” but I use what I feel will be most helpful to each individual.
