Therapist Overview
****CURRENTLY THERE IS A WAITLIST FOR NEW CLIENTS****So you feel like life is too much and that the expectations for you are too high. You feel like you aren’t good enough to make it through the current situations in your life, or at least not with your desired outcomes. You struggle with an inner dialogue, like a bad music track stuck on repeat. The thoughts tell you that you aren’t going to meet your expectations. That you’re not good enough so what is the point in trying. You feel at times like no one will understand what you’re going through and you’re hit with this uncontrollable rage. Anxiety is like a monster, so avoiding the situations that make you anxious, makes it bigger. Changing negative thoughts can change how you’re feeling & acting. I can help you tell your brain to ‘Shut Up’ and think right. I will help you be the person you want to be without anxiety running & ruining your life. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I received my Master’s at Converse College
