Therapist Overview
I strongly believe that every human being goes through difficult times in their lives when counseling may be beneficial. We all struggle with various circumstances where it may be helpful to have a separate, unbiased party and support to process through life events. I see individuals, families and couples and have been working in a therapeutic setting for the last 13 years. My specialties include working with those who struggle with depression, self-esteem and relationship issues, as well as other mood and personality disorders. I feel that individuals, couples and families all have the innate ability to promote positive change in their lives. I view myself as an aid and guide to help facilitate that process when things in our life become overwhelming. I first began working with at-risk youth over 12 years ago in the wilderness of Georgia and then Montana. This experience led me to pursue my Master’s degree in Family and Marriage Counseling at Montana State University, Bozeman.
