Life can be complicated and sometimes we need support to move through challenging times. My approach is caring, warm, respectful and collaborative. I tailor my work to each individual, working together to meet one’s goals. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and relationship issues. I also have several years of experience working with parents in the Los Angeles School District. Together, we will work through difficult and unresolved issues to gain new awareness and perspectives.
