Internal politicking, external competition, relationship pressures, and the “global” economics and pandemic affect you. If you’ve been feeling anxiety and overwhelm, peace is available. Short-term coaching may be helpful in career goals, but therapy is where you can understand the source of your anxieties, how it holds you back in its many forms, and have hope for long term healing. Does any of this sound familiar? If so, there is hope for peace and balance. I take a gentle and authentic style to collaborate with you to work with stress and anxiety. My approach is integrative and individualized as you are unique. For those familiar with therapy, I use IFS (Internal Family Systems), Gestalt, & Psychodynamic, and somatic approaches.
