I enjoy working with teenagers and young adults who find themselves stalled in their academic or career development due to anxiety or depression, often exhibited through poor school performance, addiction, or other self-destructive behaviors. I believe there are no bad children, but only disconnected ones. My rewarding work is also with professionals who find themselves burnt-out and stuck in their lives and careers. We often suffer from debilitating anxiety over failure while fearing disconnection from the rest of our families. I support them to regain their confidence and peace in their busy, achievement-driven lives. I also developed my unique approach in helping couples and parents who find their relationships with their partners or children in a deadlock. One party is frustrated at the other for not understanding to meet his/her needs.
