I enjoy working with clients that find themselves “stuck.” I am passionate about assisting clients in gaining self confidence and a sense of hope through consistent support and empowerment. I believe that people seek to be happy, healthy and safe and achieving those goals feels wonderfully rewarding for the client and myself. I am committed to serving the needs of my community with focus on veterans, LGBTQ+ and residents of rural communities. One of my goals is to create a safe and accepting space for those in need regardless of orientation. I hope to provide this for you and/or your family by offering a variety of approaches spanning from cognitive focused to experiential.
