Therapist Overview

Life can be hard! Sometimes emotions get out of control and we get to a place where we feel like cutting, drinking or smoking more than we want, or hurting ourselves in some other way. I am passionate about working with teens and young adults who are feeling anxious, stressed out, down, or just out of it. I like to rely on YOU being the expert on yourself, and couple that with my training in EMDR and DBT to help give you tangible skills to feel less anxious, be kinder to yourself, and feel more “with it.” Coming into therapy can be a big step! I’ll work with you from the beginning to create a collaborative, safe space for you to grow. My goal is to help you feel as comfortable as possible while supporting and challenging you to do the work you want to. Please call, email, or visit our website (www.coloradocac.com) to set up a complimentary consultation or to get started with your first appointment! I look forward to meeting you!
