I am a registered mental health counseling intern that utilizes a family systems based approach to work with individuals, couples, and families to assist them with a wide variety of challenges and stressors. My goal as a therapist is to provide my clients with a space and counselor that is strengths based, safe, and judgement free to facilitate growth and change from clients. I have had experience working with in a variety of settings including private practice, school-setting, and agency work. I work with a wide variety of disorders including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma to name a few. When working with individuals, couples, and families I believe in utilizing different techniques and approaches that will be tailored to fit the client or clients individual needs. I have had training in different trauma approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems Model as well as sand tray therapy. Seeking therapy can be a very intimate and vulnerable process.
