Therapist Overview
Often, despite knowing what they “should” or “could” do to achieve personal growth, people feel stuck in similar patterns. Others feel lost or that they have not experienced contentment. So many of life’s challenges evoke painful feelings, including sadness, fear, anxiety, frustration and isolation. I see therapy as a space where I can help my patients understand those feelings and how they relate to their personal, familial and cultural narratives. With that in hand, patients gain freedom in how they choose to navigate the world. I am currently a clinical psychologist at Rose Hill Psychological Services, specializing in psychodynamic therapy. As a therapist, I invite patients to connect with their whole selves and explore how their mind and body work together. I have also acquired extensive experience working with undergraduate, graduate and international students. My approach involves taking a holistic view of patients’ internal and external world, and how they influence one another.
