Therapist Overview

Welcome, and thanks for taking a moment to stop by my page. The first thing you need to know about me? I believe you matter, and that your life, your health, and experience of life is valuable. Whatever may be prompting you to seek out therapy right now, my goal is to help you regain a sense of wholeness and vitality in life. My approach to therapy is to explore how what you have gone through in life has impacted you, carefully drawing on your strengths and values to help you move forward. Starting therapy can be a daunting task, but take courage – hope and change and growth could be just around the corner. I use aspects of Interpersonal Theory, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy to help you explore relationships, process deep and painful emotions, and develop new patterns of living. I have significant experience working with people struggling through trauma and relational wounds. If you think that I might be a good fit for what you need in a therapist, please don’t hesitate to give me a call.
