I am devoted to helping people find wholeness, because it is a journey I have had to take myself. I passionately provide premarital counseling, couples counseling, counseling for Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), as well as for women who have had traumatic birth experiences. Customizing treatment with an eclectic orientation, my work with couples is informed by the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment and curriculum, as well as Gottman principles. My work with PMADs is informed by the work of Karen Kleinman of the Postpartum Stress Center and by training from Postpartum Support International.
