Therapist Overview

Have you ever felt like your life is unraveling, the rug is being pulled from beneath you and you are coming undone? What felt safe, now feels dangerous, what was clear is now confusing. Are you struggling in relationship? Finding it difficult to grow up and own your independence? You may be feeling overwhelming anxiety, sadness, shame, fear and/or anger. I am a relational psychotherapist/analyst with nearly twenty years of experience who works with individuals and couples from adolescence to adults. I venture to witness, feel and understand my patients’ joy and pain, passion and shame as well as their strengths and vulnerabilities. It is the synthesis and integration of these polarities that I seek to develop within each client by embracing the mutual and joint voyage of the psychotherapeutic process. I help each person and/or couple depending on their specific needs and wants to live a life that feels more true, authentic and real.
