I am a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience who specializes in working with adolescents and adults who have experienced a single trauma or ongoing traumatic conditions over the course of their life. I also specialize in working with individuals who live with chronic health conditions such as chronic pain and autoimmune disorders. I have received specialized training in “neurobiologically-informed” approaches that reflect what we have come to understand from the last 25 years of research. The approaches that I use are also effective for treating problems with anxiety, depression, adjustment, and difficulties in relationships.
