Therapist Overview

I recognize each person as an individual with unique strengths, values and desires. As a part of the therapeutic process, I encourage people to identify and reflect on their own values and to improve their practice of making mindful choices based on those values. People often turn to therapy because they feel overwhelmed, alone, or disconnected. My hope for people receiving therapy is that they will experience a restoration of calm, a feeling of connectedness, and a return to a sense of normalcy. I have broad experience in treating people experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, relationship issues, chronic pain, and disordered eating.
