I understand and recognize how overwhelming it can be to begin the therapy process. I believe in the importance of finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with. During your therapeutic journey, I will provide an empathetic and supportive environment for self-disclosure to occur. We will work together to identify your strengths, address the challenges and stressors you encounter, and establish tools for you to achieve personal growth and the changes you desire. I provide individual counseling sessions to children, teens and adults. I will incorporate multiple counseling theories and techniques into each therapy session to best meet your individual needs. I have specialized training in person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, animal-assisted psychotherapy, and various play therapy techniques.
