Not currently accepting new clients. I enjoy working with all ages, and specialize in issues of anxiety, communication, improving mood, identity, and improving self esteem. I am thankful to have been working in the social services field for 10 years, 7 as a counselor and art therapist. I know the importance of establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship, and begin with individuals by building that rapport. I incorporate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, and art therapy into my practice. Art therapy does not require you to have made art before, and can provide an alternative way to express and explore important thoughts and feelings. While I offer art therapy, I also provide traditional talk therapy. As a trauma informed therapist I also understand that stressful experiences impact people in many different ways, showing up in emotional and physical health, interpersonal relationships, and sense of safety.
