Hello! I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in Minnesota and am also fully licensed as a Professional Counselor in Wisconsin. I have worked with clients throughout the lifespan struggling with a range of issues including but not limited to domestic violence, physical/sexual abuse, assault, neglect, grief, relationship struggles, other life transitions, and parenting struggles. I am passionate about working collaboratively with clients to move towards better health and wellness. I strive to create an open, safe, non-judgemental space so my clients feel able to work towards growth and change at their desired pace. My wish for clients is to know that they’re not alone on their journey. Trauma is an important area of focus for me which is why I am also a practicing EMDR clinician and have background and training with TFCBT.
