As a Psychotherapist I understand that human pain, suffering and changes in development can be difficult to navigate alone. Our social system can lack the reinforcement we need to successfully navigate life. It is my belief that therapy can assist with helping to navigate, regroup, and regain our happiness – which is different for each person. I also understand how therapy with the right person can make a major difference in regrouping and regaining happiness. We all deserve happiness and our happiness starts and ends with us.
